Unfortunately, we only ship within the U.S. at this time.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we do offer USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping for an additional fee.
We are NOT responsible for the following:
Delays in shipping caused by USPS or UPS.
Lost or damaged products while in USPS or UPS possession.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the personalized products, we will not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is an error on the stores part. If we made an error with your order, please contact us letting us know the error and pictures of the product at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a incorrect or defective product. What do I need to do?
We inspect and hand package every order and pride ourselves on product quality and personalization accuracy however, we are human and sometimes can make mistakes. If you receive incorrect or damaged product, you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of the date you placed your order. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Any returns requested outside of the 30 days will be denied. Sale and personalized items are final sale, unless you received an item with a defect. Unfortunately, shipping fees are also non-refundable.
